B.C.’s cabinet ministers swore an oath to serve the public in December 2022. Since then ministers, MLAs and government staff have been lobbied more than 1,000 times by oil and gas.

We’re paying the salaries of every public servant in those meetings. We need them to spend that precious time dealing with the climate crisis – not collaborating with oil and gas lobbyists to make it worse.

It’s time to shut the door on oil and gas lobbyists in B.C. Tell your MLA to take the pledge.
